Locations: We have two bricks and mortar stores on the north coast of NSW.

Packing & Shipping: We send our packages via Australia Post and Aramex. We pack and ship your parcels Monday to Friday. There is a flat rate postage fee of $14. We do not pack and ship on weekends or Public Holidays. Most parcels arrive within 5-7 working days. We are a family owned business and close between Christmas and New Year each year. No orders are packed during this time. Please note that some areas such as WA, SA & TAS can take up to 10 working days to arrive. This is outside our control. We do not ship internationally

Exchanges or Refunds: We do not exchange colours that are opened or used or for change of mind (of colour). We will happily accept exchanges if they are unopened and in a salable condition (not used). The customer must also cover the cost of returning the product and the postage for the new colour/s. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your items. If an item is damaged in transit please email us straight away with photos of any damaged pots (and packaging).

Colours: The colours represented online have been rendered digitally and may not be identical in colour when applied to your surface. The actual colour of the applied paint will vary based on a number of factors including lighting, finish, top coat, and medium and any other colours that may be reflecting light or colour in your home.
