Shipping policy

Your items will be packaged and shipped via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers (depending on your location). We pack and ship orders Monday to Friday. We do not pack or ship orders on weekends or between the Christmas / New Year period. 

Please contact us immediately if your package is damaged during transit. We do not take responsibility for damages outside our control but we are happy to help when we can. 

All orders have a flat rate shipping of $15. We do not post express as we are in a regional area and Australia Post cannot guarantee the package will get to you faster.
